Leader-led
Provide the right tools and support so that leaders and line-managers can own their part in the organisation’s change towards being more sustainable.
People first
People are wary of change, despite it being life’s only constant. Working from the perspective of people-first, consider the impacts on wellbeing and performance.
Inclusive
Change programmes are more impactful when they include the contribution of those being impacted. Create two-way communications and a champion network to engage across the business.
In-line
Work with the grain of the organisation, by using existing channels. Incorporate new sustainability behaviours into values and culture of the business.

You need to work with your people, build up the business case, support the emotional aspects to make change stick.
We will build a tailored package of support based around your specific needs and your continuing professional development, aligned with your manager and organisation’s priorities.
We know that meaningful change takes time, that’s why we offer a minimum of 6 months of regular tailored support and/or mentoring to build up internal influence and cultural appetite for change at a pace that works best for you.
Based on change management principles, we can support the required phases: discover, design, deliver and evaluate.

Tailored 6+ months of advisory and/or mentoring
1. Discover
We’ll support you through a process of really understanding the organisation, the project you’re tasked with and the people it impacts. And we’ll be learning this alongside you. Using robust frameworks we’ll map out where and why you’re facing resistance and where there are opportunities and untapped potential.
2. Design
We’ll support you through the design phase every step of the way. We can be hands on offering templates, copy and resources, or more hands off offering feedback and being a critical friend.
We will pull on tried and tested techniques and can offer insights from the 5+ years we’ve had working across 18 different sectors.
3. Deliver
When you’re in delivery mode, we’ll keep you on track with our accountability calls. We will provide you with a safe space, dedicated to thrashing out the challenges as they arise.
We can also support delivery of key stakeholder engagement moments via our workshop offering. Whether that’s an off-the-shelf workshop or a tailored facilitation design, we work alongside you to balance internal and external perspectives.
4. Evaluate
We can support you with evaluation design, analysis and reporting. As outsiders we can also provide moments for honest feedback through surveys and conversations and reflect back to you anonymously. Making sure lessons are being learned for the next project.
